••••• Invitations, Art Prints, Gift Tags and Stationery •••••
Our paper products are professionally printed on Mohawk 110 pound heavy, bright white cover stock with a smooth, matte finish. Invitations measure 5" x 7" and all come with A7 white envelopes. Stationery measures 5.5" x 4.25" folded and come with A2 white envelopes.
How do I personalize my items?
When you place your order please add your EXACT information in the personalization field. Please double check your information for spelling and other errors. MCC is not responsible for errors in copy that you enter or that are approved in the proof unless MCC makes the mistake. If you need more room or have other specifics you need to discuss please contact us.
Will I receive a proof?
Digital proofs are only sent for invitations, photo cards and personalized address stamps. You will receive one proof and one set of revisions for free. After that there will be a $3 charge per proof. Proofs are sent via email 24-72 hours after purchase to the email address entered during the ordering process. Please include your wording exactly as you would like it to appear. Double check all spelling, capitalization and event information.
Reorders are available! MCC saves all customer artwork for one year, simply re-order through the website and reference your original order number.
How do I send a photo to be included in my order?
You can upload your photo at time of purchase. If you are unsure or do not have your photo at that time of purchase you may email it later to email@example.com. Please include your order number. Acceptable digital file formats are JPEG and TIF with a minimum resolution is 300 dpi. Images may be cropped in order to make them fit the design. By submitting your photo, you agree that you either own the image or that you have permission from the owner to reproduce the photo, and that our reproduction of the image will not violate the rights of any other person. The customer also agrees to defend and hold MCC harmless from all legal actions that may occur. If you do not have access to a digital file please contact MCC for further directions.
What if I don't see the design I am looking for?
MCC has a design for almost every occasion and we look forward to creating more. Please contact us if you do not see what you are looking for. MCC can customize a design and create an illustration exclusively for your invitation or stationery. This service is available for a $75 fee in addition to any other product pricing.

MCC watercolors are hand painted on fine quality watercolor paper. All orders are shipped flat in a cello sleeve with chipboard backing to prevent damage during shipping.

MCC personalized address stamps are made by a trusted manufacturer here in the United States.
What if I move, can I order a replacement stamp pad?
Good news and bad news, yes you can but only for a self inking stamp. Rubber stamps use a permanent adhesive which makes it very difficult to remove the stamp pad. For self inking stampers it's as easy as peeling one stamp pad off and sticking on the other. You can order one here.

MCC kitchen towels are 100% cotton flour sack towels that are made in the USA and locally printed in Shreveport.
••••• Ceramics •••••
MCC ceramic pieces are all hand painted, glazed and fired in our Louisiana studio. Each piece undergoes over 6 -10 hours of firing and 12-18 hours of cooling time. All pieces are microwave, dishwasher and food safe unless otherwise noted.
How do I host a ceramic plate party?
A plate party is a great way for you to earn FREE MCC products! If you are interested in hosting a ceramic plate party in your home please contact MCC for available dates.
For parties within Shreveport/Bossier there is a nonnegotiable 10 plate minimum and the party cannot last longer than 2 hours. Outside of Shreveport/Bossier (ex. Minden, Ruston and Monroe) there is a non-negotiable party minimum Minden (20 plates), Arcadia/Ruston (25 plates), Monroe (30 plates) and the party cannot last longer than 3 hours. Sometimes guests have things come up unexpectedly but if the party minimum is not met the hostess will be charged the difference. If the missing guests arrange for another meeting at the MCC studio to create their plates and meet the minimum the hostess will be refunded. The hostess will not receive the rewards until the minimum is met. If you are in South Louisiana or East Texas please contact me before scheduling your party to discuss the party minimum rates. The party hostess is responsible for picking up the plates from MCC and distributing them to the guests.

When and how will my order ship?
Items in your order may ship at different times depending on your request, manufacturer or production schedule. MCC is not responsible for any delays, lost, undeliverable or stolen packages once the package leaves the MCC studio or the offices of our trusted manufacturers. We will provide you a tracking number at the time of shipment so that you can track your package. Please click here to start a claim with the USPS.
Photo card / invitation orders ship 2-3 business days after final proof approval.
Hand painted ceramics ship 1 week from order.
Quick ship ceramics ship 2-3 days from order.
Custom watercolors ship 2-3 weeks from order.
Apparel orders ship 2-7 days from order.
All other gift items ship 3-5 days from order.
Are rush orders available?
Rush orders are available for an additional fee or upgraded shipping charge. Please contact us at for additional pricing and to communicate the date you will need your order in hand to see if we can accommodate your request.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time MCC does not ship internationally. We hope to add this option in the future.
REFUND, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
Printed items can be canceled within 24 hours after purchase IF a proof has not been sent. Once a ceramic order is placed it cannot be canceled. If MCC makes a personalization mistake we will replace the order at our cost and shipped in the manner it was originally ordered. If an item arrives broken or damaged please contact us within 5 days to arrange a replacement. Please email photos of the broken item along with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your privacy is important to us! We will never release your email address or personal information to ANYONE under any circumstances without your approval first. We do not save credit or debit card information unless requested by a wholesale retailer.
